Bhaal11 - Athlete's Teachings

dubbell stack

The Mission

My objective, my goal for this soley is to make every Athlete, Coach, possibly Trainer, more aware of what they do. Though I expect most would know more than I about the body and what can be done with it, but I just wish to do my part and share what experience I have with others. To share with them regardless if they are current Athletes, former Coaches, or to be trainers. Those who train themselves and or looking to train others would benefit greatly, by what I have to share.

DISCLAIMER!!! I am hardly a professional, but I am better than the average amateur. Though the knowledge I have is based upon two generic categories, is it invaluable to those looking to do their own thing. Again while it may seem very basic, it covers alot of areas that to this day I still see people ignore. Please browse around my blog and see what you can learn from what I have to tell.

A view of common injuries

A Collection of Data on Injuries, posted

Running May seem easy enough, but it does have its risks, just like any other sport.

Body Info-graphic Learn more

The picture given above shows muscles groups, common injuries in sports activites, myths about exercise, and scar tissue. Scar tissue is very common, but not really something you hear about. Having to dela with it made me do research about it.

All the knowledge provided is very personal, if it hasn't happened to me, it's happened to others I know and thus have done research, whether or not is relavent to what you're dealing depends on your experience, get another opinion before you try to give yourself a heart-attack.

Again I repeat the goal is make "One" more aware of themselves and what they do. This is very key to improvement, but also helps set goals, and also learn their limits. One thing to make perfectly clear, and I can't say it enough, everyone is different! The information provided will only be useful to others in the simplest format, should "One" chose to mimick anything I have done, you're welcome to it, but I strongly urge caution till you know you can handle it. "Work smarter, Not harder."
